CRISPY BAKED POTATOES (Your oven may have an automatic program for cooking baked jacket potatoes, please refer to the instruction manual for details). INGREDIENTS baking potatoes (approx. 200g/8oz each) METHOD 1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and prick with a fork. 2. Place potatoes directly on low rack on turntable and cook using Dual convection with microwave as detailed below. Cooking time on Dual convection 240°C with microwave 450W; No. of Potatoes 1 2 3 4 Cooking Time 13 mins 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins INGREDIENTS 2 large potatoes (approx. 200g/8oz each) 25g/loz butter 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped 75g/3oz cheddar cheese, grated 30m1s/2 tblsps chopped parsley few drops of milk salt and pepper METHOD 1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and prick with a fork. Place potatoes directly on low metal rack and cook using Dual convection 240°C with microwave 450W for approx 20 mins or until soft or until soft. Turnover once. 2. Place the butter in a bowl and microwave on 900W for 15-30 seconds until melted. Add the onion and mix thoroughly. Cover the bowl and microwave on 900W for 3 minutes or until the onion is soft. 3. Halve the potatoes and scoop out the insides, leaving a thin shell. Add the potato flesh to the onion and mash well together. Add the seasoning, the milk and half of the cheese and mix well. 4. Pile the mixture back into the potato shells and place them on a heatproof serving dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and place the dish on the low rack. Dual cook - thermal grill with convection 220°C for 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted. 51
