Stir in the vegetables, mushrooms, onions, butter and soy sauce. Cover and cook using microwave 900W for 4-5 minutes. METHOD 1. Place the butter, onion and celery in a large microwaveproof bowl cover, and cook using microwave 900W for 3 minutes.
