• (Serves 4) INGREDIENTS 12.5g/ 12/ oz butter 675g/112/ 1b potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped 2 rashers of streaky bacon, chopped 200m1s single cream 100g/4oz grated cheese salt and pepper tomato slices parsley COOKWARE 23-25cm/9 - 10 inch round microwave and heatproof dish. Place on low metal rack on turntable. METHOD 1. Use some of the butter to grease the inside of the dish. 2. Place half of the potato slices in the dish, sprinkle on the onion, bacon and half of the cheese. Dot with butter and season. Place the remaining potatoes on the top. 3. Pour over the cream and sprinkle on the remaining cheese. 4. Place the dish on the low metal rack on the turntable. Cook on Dual Convection 220°C with 450W microwave for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. 5. Garnish with tomato slices and parsley. ROAST POTATOES (Serves 3-4) INGREDIENTS 450g/11b peeled potatoes, quartered 30m1s/2 tblsps vegetable oil 25g/loz butter, cut into pieces COOKWARE Microwave and heatproof flan dish. Place on low metal rack on turntable. METHOD 1. Dry the potatoes thoroughly. Place in dish with oil and butter. 2. Turn the potatoes in the oil in roasting dish. 3. Place the dish on low rack on turntable. Cook on Dual convection 240°C with microwave power 450W for 25 - 30 minutes until well browned and crisped. 4. Turn and baste two or three times. 53
