4.30 Lower PA Roller ASSY (1) Release the hook of the Maintenance gear and then remove the Lower PA roller ASSY from the Main frame ASSY while pushing the Paper empty actuator. (2) Remove the Bearing A and then the Rower PA roller. (3) Remove the PA roller gear plate. (4) Remove both the Upper and Lower PA rollers. Note: After reassembling the Upper and Lower PA roller ASSY on the Main frame ASSY, check that they rotate smoothly. Be sure to fit the projection of the Bearing A into the groove in the Main frame ASSY. (1)
Release
the
hook
of
the
Maintenance
gear
and
then
remove
the
Lower
PA
roller
ASSY
from
the
Main
frame
ASSY
while
pushing
the
Paper
empty
actuator.
(2)
Remove
the
Bearing
A
and
then
the
Rower
PA
roller.
(3)
Remove
the
PA
roller
gear
plate.
(4)
Remove
both
the
Upper
and
Lower
PA
rollers.
<Reassembly>
Note:
After
reassembling
the
Upper
and
Lower
PA
roller
ASSY
on
the
Main
frame
ASSY,
check
that
they
rotate
smoothly.
Be
sure
to
fit
the
projection
of
the
Bearing
A
into
the
groove
in
the
Main
frame
ASSY.
