EXAMPLES The following example backs up the keystore to file backup1: cli% controlencryption backup backup1 The following example restores the keystore from file backup1: cli% controlencryption restore backup1 NOTES The keystore MUST be backed up to prevent total loss of data. A password must be supplied (twice) on backup. The same password must be supplied on restore. For enable and rekey, there must be no failed disks. Because the backup needs to be stored off the nodes, all subcommands other than status need to be executed using a version of the CLI running on a remote system.
