the webaccess jobs menu Cancel Delete Copies Properties Unlock Cancels the job and moves it to the Stored queue. The job will remain on the printer's hard disk, but will not be printed unless you select it and click Print or Pending -- in which case, it will be moved back to the Pending queue. Deletes the job from the printer's hard disk. Allows you to change the number of copies of all jobs to be printed. Any change you make will be remembered even if you click on Print, Hold, or Continue. Displays the job's properties. Prompts you to identify yourself with a user name and corresponding password. It then unlocks the previews of all files that had their previews locked. stored The Stored window shows a list of jobs already printed and are stored in a temporary queue. It operates similarily to the pending queue and will be deleted as soon as the printer is switched off or if you´ve first sent a job from one type of "File Family" and then send one from a different type. Jobs will be moved to the Pending queue if you click on Print or Pending. In this case, the number of requested copies will be incremented. The different types of file "File Family" are: q Adobe PostScript and PDF q HPGL/2, HP-RTL, TIFF, JPEG q CALS/G4 Additional facilities are provided by icons near the top of the window. The following information is displayed about each job: Index The physical location of the job in the queue. Name The name given to the job by the originating computer. Status The current status of the job. Pages The number of pages to be printed. Requested Copies The number of copies to be printed. Printed Copies The number of copies that have been printed. Preview PostScript jobs only: a small thumbnail preview of what the job will look like when printed (click on it to see a larger preview). The following icons are available. Before clicking on an icon, you must click on a job to select it. Print Pending Moves the job to the top of the print queue, so that it will be printed as soon as possible. Holds the job.
