Recovering the printhead(s) means that the printer automatically cleans and tests the printhead(s). If you are not sure which printhead to recover, select All Printheads. To see how to perform printhead recovery, watch the animation below. If a printhead requires repeated recoveries, it is probably out of warranty and nearing the end of its life.
