When one of the four menus is highlighted, the front panel displays the following information. printer setup menu If the Printer Setup menu is selected, the front panel displays a brief overall description of the status of the ink consumable items. If there is no printing material loaded, then you will see a message about loading media. If you press Enter now, you will go to the printer setup menu. media menu If the Media menu is selected, and there is printing material loaded, the front panel displays information on the printing material you have loaded.
