Adding Secure Fabric OS to the Fabric 2 Secure Fabric OS is supported by Fabric OS v2.6.1, v3.1.x, and v4.1.x, and can be added to fabrics that contain any combination of these versions. The procedure for adding Secure Fabric OS to a switch depends on whether the switch is shipped with one of these versions installed or requires upgrading.
