Reset Phone Reset Phone returns all setup options to their factory default values. Important!: Contact US Cellular Customer Service before using the Reset Phone option. 1. In standby mode, press the MENU ( OK ) key, then press (for wxyz Settings) and def for Security. You're prompted to enter the lock code. Note: The default lock code is the last four digits of your telephone number. 2. Enter the lock code, the press pqrs for Reset Phone. A prompt appears in the display asking if you wish to restore default settings (except for the Contacts and Voice Dial). 3. Use the navigation keys to highlight Yes or No, then press OK . Call Options Auto Retry Auto Retry automatically re-dials a number if the connection fails. Depending upon your location, the number of times your phone automatically dials the number may vary. 1. In standby mode, press the MENU ( OK ) key, then press (for wxyz Settings), ghi (for Call Options), and @ for Auto Retry. The Auto Retry sub-menu with the following options appears in the display: • Off • Every 10 sec • Every 30 sec • Every 60 sec 2. Use the navigation keys to highlight the desired setting, then press OK . Data Use the Data menu to configure data connection speed and automatic detection settings. Auto Detect Select phone options for receiving data or voice, or set data reception to off. 1.
