The Diagnostic Utility Reviewing the Report After the information you requested is collected, you can use the Diagnostic Report Manager to view it. To do this, complete the following steps: 1. Start the Diagnostic Report Manager by selecting Start, Programs, Computer Associates, BrightStor, BrightStor ARCserve Backup, and then select Diagnostic Report Manager from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup program group. 2.
