ca_devmgr Description of Common Commands Option -adapterinfo -deviceinfo -groupinfo Description This command will cycle through all the SCSI adapters attached to the system and print out the adapter name, adapter number, SCSI ID, vendor ID, product ID, and firmware of any tape drive or tape library that is connected to the system. Example: ca_devmgr -adapterinfo This command will print out the type of device, SCSI ID, vendor ID, product ID, firmware, status, and device sharing (tape libraries only) information for any tape drive or tape library. The adapter number and SCSI ID options are required. Example: ca_devmgr -deviceinfo [ ] This command prints out the adapter number, SCSI ID, vendor ID, product ID, firmware, and status (tape libraries only) information on all the groups that have been configured in BrightStor ARCserve Backup.
