Dell PowerConnect J-Series J-EX8216 Ethernet Switch Hardware Guide If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try and correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. • Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver. • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio or TV technician for help. Non-Regulatory Environmental Standards NEBS compliance-These J-EX Series switch models are Network Equipment Building System (NEBS) compliant: • All J-EX8200 models Those switch models meet the following NEBS compliance standards: • SR-3580 NEBS Criteria Levels (Level 3 Compliance) • GR-1089-CORE: EMC and Electrical Safety for Network Telecommunications Equipment • GR-63-CORE: NEBS, Physical Protection • The equipment is suitable for installation as part of the Common Bonding Network (CBN). • The equipment is suitable for installation in locations where the National Electrical Code (NEC) applies. • The battery return connection is to be treated as an Isolated DC return (DC-I), as defined in GR-1089-CORE.
