5 When the preview shows the layout you want, you can click the Print button or follow the instructions in the next sections to make other adjustments to your printout. Adding Text If you want to have image labels or page headers or footers printed with your pictures, follow these steps: 1 Click the Edit Text button . The Change Print Text dialog box appears: 2 Select Page Header, Page Footer, or Image Label, and then type the text you want to use in the Left, Center, or Right boxes (depending on how you want it to display). You can type different text for each box. 3 Click Change Font to set the font size, style, color, and so on for your header, footer, or labels. 4 Click Insert Special Text to choose one of the following for your header, footer, or labels (only some of the choices are available for each): Type here if you want your text centered under the picture or on the page. The text is previewed on your layout in the center of the screen.
