A Fibre Channel gateway (router) with an integrated HCA, linked to a Fibre Channel storage array. 8. A Fibre Channel storage array, accessed through a Fibre Channel gateway (router). 9. An Ethernet router with an integrated HCA. 10. Devices in the Local Area Network (LAN). 11. A connection to the Wide Area Network (WAN). 1.2 ISR 9xxxx-series Interconnects HP is currently superseding the ISR 9xxxx-series interconnects documented in this guide with newer models.
