Explanation and recommended action Ink service module full. • If you have a replacement for the ink service module, replace it immediately by following the instructions that come with it. • Otherwise, visit: www.hp.com/ support or call Customer Support to get a replacement. In the meantime, you can remove the black print cartridge and print using only the tricolor print cartridge. The color results and print speed may be affected.
