If the problem is not corrected, go to the beginning of this MAP. 013 Clean the platen with a wet paper towel. 014 Is the paper picked up and fed correctly? Yes No 015] Check for correct paper being used. -- Clean the paper feed rollers and remove any foreign objects from the paper path.
