Resetting Factory Defaults Functions and Settings Resetting Factory Defaults Before initializing the LocationFreeTV • Check that the base station is turned on. Bring the monitor close to the base station. • Be sure to initialize the LocationFreeTV with the AC power adapter attached and the battery inserted. • The monitor restarts during the initialization process. This is not a malfunction. Initializing the Base Station To reset all settings, or just the connection settings, you need to initialize the base station. Resetting All Settings You can reset all settings to the factory defaults. Note, however, that all saved data will be lost. Notes • Initialization deletes all of your data, including mail you have received, images stored in the album, as well as web pages and favorites you have saved. • Be sure to follow the instructions for "Initializing the Base Station" before performing the following procedure. 1 Open the [Settings] window and select [Basic]. The [Basic] window appears. 2 Select [Initialize]. The [Initialize] window appears. 1 Turn off the base station. 3 Select [Clear All]. The [Clear All] window appears. 2 While pressing CLR CFG on the rear of the base station, turn on the POWER. Hold down CLR CFG until the NetAV indicator on the front of the base station lights red. Resetting Factory Defaults
Functions and Settings
Before initializing the
LocationFreeTV
Check that the base station is turned on. Bring
the monitor close to the base station.
Be sure to initialize the LocationFreeTV with
the AC power adapter attached and the battery
inserted.
The monitor restarts during the initialization
process. This is not a malfunction.
To reset all settings, or just the connection
settings, you need to initialize the base station.

Turn off the base station.

While pressing CLR CFG on the rear of the
base station, turn on the POWER.
Hold down CLR CFG until the NetAV
indicator on the front of the base station
lights red.
You can reset all settings to the factory defaults.
Note, however, that all saved data will be lost.
