LAN (DHCP/Manual IP address setting) 1 Perform steps 3 through 6 of "Connecting via LAN (DHCP)" (1 page 40) to display the [LAN (DHCP/Manual IP address Settings)] window. 2 Clear the check box next to [Automatic DNS configuration], and input the proper value for [DNS1] and [DNS2]. Clearing the check box for the above items also clears this check box Clear this check box. A confirmation window appears. 4 Select [OK]. This sets the configuration for "LAN (DHCP/Manual IP address Settings)". 5 Select [Back], [Settings], then select [Exit]. [Back] [Set] Refer to the documents provided by your ISP to input the proper values. z Tips • You may capture and save the configured setup screen for future reference (1 page 70). • For details on character entry, see "Entering Characters" (1 page 116). The [Internet Connection] window reappears. When you are finished... Connect to the Internet and check that you can open web pages. via LAN (DHCP)” (

the [LAN (DHCP/Manual IP address
Settings)] window.

Clear the check box next to [Automatic DNS
configuration], and input the proper value
for [DNS1] and [DNS2].

You may capture and save the configured setup
screen for future reference (
