Reading, Replying to, and Forwarding Mail Replying to Mail 1 Open the Inbox window and select the mail you want to reply to. Select this. 3 Compose the text of your reply. z Tip For details on character entry, see "Entering Characters" (1 page 116). 4 Check the text of your mail and the mail address of the recipient. 5 Select [Send]. Mail The content of the mail is displayed. 2 Select [Reply]. The original message is quoted in the body of a new mail. Replying to multiple recipients When the original mail has been sent to multiple recipients, a message appears asking who you want to reply to. You can select to reply to all recipients or to the original sender only. Select [Reply all], then select [OK]. Forwarding Mail 1 Open the Inbox, then select the mail you want to forward. Select this. The content of the mail is displayed. 2 Select [View]. z Tip To reply to the sender of the original mail only, select [Reply to the sender] instead of [Reply all]. If you want to eliminate a specific person from the recipients after selecting [Reply all], highlight the entire mail address of that person in the [To] or [Cc] field, then select [Backspace] on the onscreen keyboard. You can also add other mail addresses to the [To], [Cc], or [Bcc] field. 3 Select [Fwd.]. The [Compose E-mail] window for forwarding appears. The text and header information of the original mail has been automatically copied into this window. "FW:" is added in front of the original mail subject line. Reading, Replying to, and Forwarding Mail

Open the Inbox window and select the mail
you want to reply to.
The content of the mail is displayed.

Select [Reply].
The original message is quoted in the body
of a new mail.
Replying to multiple recipients
When the original mail has been sent to
multiple recipients, a message appears
asking who you want to reply to. You can
select to reply to all recipients or to the
original sender only.
Select [Reply all], then select [OK].

Tip
To reply to the sender of the original mail only,
select [Reply to the sender] instead of [Reply all].
If you want to eliminate a specific person from
the recipients after selecting [Reply all], highlight
the entire mail address of that person in the [To]
or [Cc] field, then select [Backspace] on the on-
screen keyboard. You can also add other mail
