Chapter 14 Tutorials 1 After the first computer (A) finishes using the USB device, click Disconnect on the Utilty to unmount it. 2 Click Connect on the Utility of the second computer (B) to mount the USB device on B. 3 If A does not disconnect from the USB device, B cannot use it. B can click the Request to Connect button to request A to disconnect. B will see the following message on its Utility: 4 A will receive the following message on its Utility screen. 5 A should click Accept to disconnect to the USB device. 6 After A is disconnected from USB device, B will see the following message on its Utility. Now B can access the USB device. Note: If your computer is connected to a USB device, you must disconnect it and use Exit to close the Utility. If you use the X on the Utility screen, it only closes the Utility window. The Utility is still connected. Do not exit the Utility until the USB device is disconnected via the Utility or until you receive a request to disconnect.
