See "Preparation Procedures" earlier in this chapter. 2. Remove the memory board. See "Memory Board" earlier in this chapter. 3. Pull out the ejector levers at each end of the memory module. 4. Align the socket key on the bottom edge of each DIMM with the tab before seating the DIMM into the socket.

To remove a DIMM:
1. Perform the preparation procedures. See

2. Remove the memory board. See

3. Pull out the ejector levers
at each end of the memory module.
4. Lift the module
from the memory board.
