Menu item PowerSave Time Time/Date Product Security At Very Low Sub-menu item Sub-menu item Description Sleep Delay Off 1 Minute Specifies the amount of idle time before the product enters sleep mode. 15 Minutes* 30 Minutes 1 Hour 2 Hours (Settings for time format, current time, date format, and current date.) Sets the time and date setting for the product. On Off* Sets the product-security feature. If you select the On setting, you must set a password. Black Cartridge Stop Prompt Continue* Sets how the product behaves when the black print cartridge reaches the very low threshold. ● Stop: The product stops printing until you replace the print cartridge. ● Prompt: The product stops printing and prompts you to replace the print cartridge. You can acknowledge the prompt and continue printing. ● Continue: The product alerts you that the print cartridge is very low, but it continues printing. Color Cartridges Stop Prompt Continue Print Black* Sets how the product behaves when one of the color print cartridges reaches the very low threshold. ● Stop: The product stops printing until you replace the print cartridge. ● Prompt: The product stops printing and prompts you to replace the print cartridge. To configure the product to print in color and use the remaining toner in the print cartridge past very low, follow these steps: 1. On the product control panel, touch the Setup button, and then touch the System Setup button. 2. Touch the At Very Low button, and then touch the Color Cartridges button.
