Chapter 2 Controls, Ports, and Indicators Hot Swap Disk Drive Indicators Each of the Hot Swap hard disk drives has two LED indicators, one for operational status and one for activity status. Light pipes on each drive module transmit light to the front from the LEDs on the inside rear of the hot-swap mass storage cage. See Table 2-3 and Figure 2-3. Table 2-3. Hot Swap Disk Drive Indicators
Each of the Hot Swap hard disk drives has two LED indicators, one for
operational status and one for activity status. Light pipes on each drive module
