Before Using the Fax Machine > Quick Setup Wizard Quick Setup Wizard In quick setup mode, a wizard is used to configure the following settings. Be sure to complete the settings before using the fax system. Set number of times to let phone ring before taking over from the answering machine. Set number of times to let phone ring before switching the FAX and the phone. 8-6 8-12 8-12 8-13 Media Type Paper Output (Port 1) Paper Output (Port 2)*2 Specify the paper type to be used for print output of the received fax. Select paper output for the received FAX.*5 8-12 8-6 Reduced RX Size Reduces the received FAX size before printing if the sizeis larger than the current paper size. 8-12 Retry Times Set the number of redials. 8-10 2-11
