4025-Finisher Pinch Roll Removal Removal 1. Open the Top Center Cover Assembly. 2. Remove the screw that secures to the Upper Guide from the Pinch Roll, and remove the Pinch Roll. Replacement 1. Align the Pinch Roll, with the mounting positions in the Upper Guide. and secure them with a screw. 2. Repeat the above steps until you have mounted all the Pinch Roll. 3. Close the Top Center Cover Assembly. 4-142 Service Manual

Pinch Roll Removal
Removal
1.
Open the Top Center Cover Assembly.
2.
Remove the screw that secures to the Upper Guide from the Pinch Roll, and remove
the Pinch Roll.
Replacement
1.
Align the Pinch Roll, with the mounting positions in the Upper Guide. and secure
them with a screw.
2.
Repeat the above steps until you have mounted all the Pinch Roll.
3.
Close the Top Center Cover Assembly.
