4025-Finisher Mechanical Drive Stapler Components • The Stapler Traverse Motor supplies a driving force to the Stapler Drive Pulley. • The Stapler Drive Pulley transmits the driving force from the Stapler Traverse Motor to the Stapler Timing Belt. • The Stapler Timing Belt moves the Stapler Unit to the left and right by the belt drive. • The Stapler Swing Motor supplies a driving force to the Stapler Swing Gear 1. • The Stapler Swing Motor transmits the driving force transmitted from the Stapler Swing Motor to the Stapler Swing Gear 2. • The Stapler Swing Gear 2 transmits the driving force transmitted from the Stapler Swing Gear 1 to the Sector Gear in the Stapler Unit, to swing the unit. • The Stapler Swing HP Sensor detects the Stapler tilt angle when the Stapler Unit performs the stapling. Drive for Stacker Tray The rotation of the worm gear in the Lift Up Motor supplies a driving force to each gear on the Elevator Drive Unit via the Lift Up Gear 1.
