11.Register the printer name. Caution If the operating system is Windows Vista/7, clicking Next displays the window shown at the right. Click Finish. The settings are now complete. If the operating system is Windows Server 2008/2008 R2, click Next in the step 12 and the same setting complete window appears. 12.Specify whether to share the printer. Select Do not share this printer or Share name. Click Next. • To enable the use of this printer from other computers in the same network, select Share name.
