E-mail receiving (POP) Configure the LAN card to ensure that you can receive mail from the mail server. Check Interval Specify in minutes the mail-checking interval, which is (minutes) the interval at which the LAN card will inquire of the mail server about new incoming mail arrivals. Local Time Zone Specify the local time zone. For Japan, specify +09:00. Use Config (1-4) Specify whether to ENABLE or DISABLE the mail receiving function for each user. POP Server Name Specify the host name (or IP address) of the mail server. If the domain name is to be used, DNS server configuration is required. (Use up to 78 characters.) POP Port Number Specify the POP port number. Normally, use the default value (110). POP User Name Specify the login name (user name) of the mail account. (Use up to 31 characters.) POP Password Specify the password used for connection to the mail server. (Use up to 31 characters.) Use APOP Specify whether to ENABLE or DISABLE the use of APOP on the mail server. Before APOP can be used, the mail server must support APOP. Delete Mail after Specify whether to ENABLE or DISABLE the deletion Retrieval of mail from the mail server once it is retrieved. If one or more files are attached to a mail message, the message will not be deleted even when this parameter is set to ENABLE. Maximum Retrieve Mail messages with a size equal to or exceeding the (KByte) specified size will not be retrieved. Mail that is not retrieved will not be deleted even when ENABLE is assigned to Delete Mail After Retrieval. If you set 0 for this parameter, the LAN card will not check the size of any mail message and retrieve all mail. Filter Setting Configure the LAN card to ensure that particular mail will be printed. If you specify a null (empty string), all mail messages will be eligible for printing. You can specify a combination of four conditions connected with the OR ( | ) or AND (&) operators: subject condition (S:character-string), to-address condition (T:character-string), from-address condition (F:character-string), and carbon-copy address condition (C:character-string). (Use up to 80 characters .)
