E-mail sending (SMTP) Configure the LAN card to ensure that the LAN card will notify you of the printer's offline status or paper-out condition. Specify the host name of the SMTP server. The host name must be the domain name or IP address. If the domain name is to be used, DNS server configuration is required. (Use up to 78 one-byte characters.) Specify the SMTP port number. Normally, use the default value (25). Specify the sender's address, which is usually the network administrator's mail address.
