9. Troubleshooting When You Have Problems Operating the Machine Problems The machine does not turn on. Causes The AC power switch has not been turned on. When the machine is turned on, the only icon that appears on the home screen is the [Copier] icon. Functions other than the copier function are not yet ready. Functions appear on the home screen when they become ready for use. Time required varies by function.
