The paper you load in the sheet feeder is used for printing documents or for incoming faxes. For printing documents, you can use any of the Canon Specialty Papers described in Chapter 2, Printing With the MultiPASS C5000. For receiving faxes, use plain paper (such as copier paper). Printing Prepare the envelopes. r Arrange the stack of envelopes on a firm surface and press down firmly on the edges to make the the envelopes diagonally and bending them gently. r Make sure the flaps of the envelopes are flat and not curled. Remove the two pieces of tape from the sheet. Insert the cleaning sheet. r Insert the sheet with the sticky side out (toward you) and down (going into the sheet feeder). r Adjust the paper guide to the edge of the cleaning sheet.
