The Lower Paper Cassette Loading the paper 1. To load paper into the lower paper tray, first press the pressure plate in the tray down until it locks into place as shown below. CAUTION: Make sure that you press the plate in the paper tray down before inserting the cassette into the printer. A-16 Appendix A
