■ Make sure the projector is plugged in. ■ Make sure the LAN cable is connected correctly. Reconnect it if it is not connected or it is not connected correctly (see page 76). For problems with the EasyMP Network Projection software, see the EasyMP Network Projection Operation Guide. For problems with the EasyMP Multi PC Projection software, see the EasyMP Multi PC Projection Operation Guide. For problems with EasyMP Monitor (available for Windows only), see the EasyMP Monitor Operation Guide. You can also check the Event ID in the projector when you have network related problems: 1. Press the Menu button and highlight the Info menu. 2. If you see an Event ID at the bottom of the menu, refer to the following table for additional information: Event ID Description 0432 0435 EasyMP Network Projection failed to start. Turn the projector off and then back on. 0434 0481 0482 0485 Network communication is unstable. Check the status of your network. Wait a few moments, then try connecting to the projector again. 433 A transferred image cannot be projected. Restart EasyMP Network Projection. 484 There was a network communication problem. Restart EasyMP Network Projection. 04FE Check the status of your network. Turn the projector off and then back on. 0891 There is a an SSID problem. Set the computer, access point, and projector to the same SSID. 0892 There is a problem related to WPA or WPA2 authentication. Check the setting wireless LAN security setting in the projector (page 93). 158 Solving Problems
