8 Stop/Clear-stops or clears any action in progress or exits the Menu settings. 9 Scan-starts scanning documents loaded in the document feeder. 10 Copy-starts the copy function. 11 One-touch keypad-use the keys on the one-touch keypad to store frequently dialed fax numbers. 12 Fax/Send-use to start sending paper faxes. 13 Volume-use to adjust the line monitor volume for incoming and outgoing fax connection sounds. 14 Speed-Dial-press this key, plus a one-, two- or three-digit code to fax to previously stored fax numbers. 15 Redial/Pause-press to redial the last fax number or use to insert a pause into a fax number. 16 Numeric keys-use to enter fax numbers.
