Control panel error messages Message ###: [GROUP NAME] ONE-TOUCH/SPEED DIAL ### NOT PROGRAMMED [ENTER] TO PROGRAM 50 FUSER ERROR 51 LASER ERROR 52 SCANNER ERROR 53 PRINTER ERROR Cause Solution The product is waiting for you to press a programmed one-touch key or enter a speed-dial code to a group-dial code. The one-touch key or speed-dial code has not been programmed and therefore cannot be added to a group. Begin adding fax numbers to the group-dial code. See "Programming group-dial codes" in the online user guide. Press ENTER/MENU to program the one-touch or speeddial. If you want to program a group-dial, press STOP/CLEAR and use the control panel menu to create a new group. Press STOP/CLEAR if you do not want to program the one-touch or speed-dial. The product has experienced an internal hardware error. Disconnect the power cable from the product, wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cable and wait for the product to initialize.
