Menu item Alert Tone (continued) Out of Paper Soft Normal Loud Off Low Toner Soft Normal Loud Off Auto Clear Alert Soft Normal Loud Off Base Tone Soft Normal Loud Off All Tones Soft Normal Loud Off Time-Out Off On 5-300 seconds Description Specifies whether to turn on the alarm when an error occurs in the printer Notes: • Normal is the factory default setting for Out of Paper. • Off is the factory default setting for Low Toner, Auto Clear Alert, and Base Tone. You can cancel a printing process when it goes beyond a set time period. Set the time until the print job is canceled. When this timeout expires, the print job is canceled.
