The following options appear in the display: • Reply - Compose and send a reply message to the sender of this message. • Lock / Unlock - Block/permit erasure of the highlighted message. • Erase - Removes the highlighted message from this folder. • Forward - Send a copy of this message to another recipient. • Message Info - Shows message sender, message type, size, and so on. 4. Use the Up and Down navigation keys to highlight an option. Press the OK key to perform the function for the highlighted option. Outbox Your phone stores messages in the Outbox, regardless of whether the message was successfully transmitted. Verify if and when a message or e-mail was successfully received by enabling the Enh. Delivery Ack/Delivery Ack feature. Review Messages in the Outbox 1. In standby mode, press the Up navigation key, then press for jkl Outbox. Your list of sent messages appear in the display. 2. Use the Up and Down navigation keys to highlight a message that you wish to review, then press the OK key. 3. While viewing your message press the Option (left) soft key ( ). The following options appear in the display: • Resend - Send the selected message to the same recipient, again. • Lock / Unlock - Block/permit erasure of the highlighted message. • Erase - Deletes the selected message. • Message Info - Shows message delivery status, addressee, size, and so on. 4. Use the Up and Down navigation keys to highlight an option. Press the OK key to perform the function for the highlighted option. Messages and Lock Mode Your phone can still receive messages while in Lock Mode. The time and date of the message appear in the display, but you cannot access the message until you enter the lock code. Managing Outbox Messages 1.
