PROGRAMMING EDITING AND DELETING A RELAY GROUP If you need to edit or delete a previously stored relay group, perform steps 1 through 3 on pages 65 and 66 and then perform the following procedure: 1 Touch the [AMEND/DELETE] key. AMEND/DELETE 5 Make sure that your changes are correct, and then touch the [EXIT] key. DELETE EXIT If you need to edit another relay group, repeat steps 3 through 5. 2 Touch the [RELAY GROUP] key. 1/1 PROGRAM RELAY GROUP 6 Touch the [DELETE] key. XX RECIPIENT NO YES To delete another relay group, repeat steps 3, 6, and 7. 6 Note If you cannot edit or delete a relay group If you attempt to edit or delete a relay group in the following situations, a warning message will appear and you will not be able to edit or delete the group. The relay group is being used in a current transmission or currently stored transmission. Cancel the transmission or wait until it is completed and then edit or delete the relay group ("CANCELING A FAX TRANSMISSION" (p.24)). The relay group is included in a program. Delete the relay group from the program and then edit or delete the relay group ("EDITING AND DELETING PROGRAMS" (p.74)). 77

EDITING AND DELETING A RELAY GROUP
If you need to edit or delete a previously stored relay group, perform steps 1 through 3 on pages 65 and 66 and then
perform the following procedure:

Touch the relay group that you wish to
edit or delete.

When the relay group is touched, the edit/delete
screen for the group appears.

To edit the relay group, follow steps 4 and 5.

To delete the relay group, follow steps 6 and 7.
