4. Lay the CD, label side up, in the drawer. Inserting a CD Be careful not to touch the lens or the area around it. Doing so could cause the drive to malfunction. 5. Press gently at the centre of the CD until you feel it click into place. The CD should lie below the top of the spindle, flush with the spindle base. User's Manual Operating Basics 4-5
