Address Table Commands port security max The port security max Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode command configures the maximum number of addresses that can be learned on the port while the port is in port security mode. To return to the default configuration, use the no form of this command. Syntax port security max max-addr no port security max Parameters n max-addr - Maximum number of addresses that can be learned by the port. (Range: 1-128) Default Setting The default is 1 address. Command Mode Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode Command Usage This command is only relevant in dynamic learning modes. Example The following command sets the maximum number of addresses that are learned on port e7 before it is locked to 20.
