Setting the Date and Time, Changing Clock Mode

Setting the Date and Time The current time and date are shown on the display when the 1 machine is on and ready for faxing. The time and date are printed on all faxes sent. To set the date and time, take the following steps: 1 Press Menu until "Machine Setup" appears on the top line of the display. 2 Press the scroll buttons until "Date & Time" appears on the bottom line of the display and then press Enter to enter the selected menu. 3 Enter the correct date and time using the Number keypad. 4 Press Enter to save the displayed date. 5 To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear. Changing Clock Mode The product can display time using either a 12-hour or 24-hour format. To set the clock mode, take the following steps: 1 Press Menu until "Machine Setup" appears on the top line of the display. 2 Press the scroll buttons until "Clock Mode" appears on the bottom line of the display and then press Enter to enter the selected menu. 3 Press the scroll buttons to select either "12 Hour" or "24 Hour". 4 Press Enter to save the selected mode. 5 To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear.
