Deleting a Group, Address Book, Enter, Stop/Clear

When a set of characters or numbers is entered, the user can press Address Book and select "Local" or "Global". The closest matching entries are shown. 8 Enter the name of the recipient and then press Enter. If the e-mail address is taken from the Address Book then this field can not be edited. 9 When the display shows "Another Address?", select "Add" and then press Enter. When you finish adding the addresses, select "Done" when the display shows "Another Address?" and then press Enter. 10 Repeat steps 7 through 9 to add additional addresses in the group. 11 To return to idle mode, press Stop/Clear. Deleting a Group 1 Refer to steps from 1 to 3 on page 10.2. 2 Press the scroll buttons until "Delete" displays on the bottom line and then press Enter. 3 Enter the group number you want to delete and then press Enter. If the group number is not configured, the "Not Configured" error message will be displayed. 4 When the confirming message appears, select "Yes" and then press Enter. The selected group will be deleted. Selecting "No" will take you back to step 3. 5 If you want to delete another group, repeat steps 2 through 4.
