8 WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE EQUIPMENT Regular Maintenance We recommend that you clean the following portions weekly so that the originals can always be scanned in unsoiled conditions. y Be careful not to scratch the portions when cleaning them. y Do not use such solvents as thinner or benzine when cleaning the surface of the equipment. - This could warp the shape of the surface or leave it discolored. - When using a chemical cleaning pad to clean it, follow the instructions. 2 1 3 4 1.
