Other Auto Accompaniment Functions The Clavinova has many other features and functions that make the use of the Auto Accompaniment even more convenient and enjoyable. With these functions you can easily select panel settings to suit a certain type of music, have the Clavinova play harmony to your melody line. Just select one of the 463 entries in the Music Database; the Clavinova does the rest! For a list of Music Database setup parameters, refer to page 11 of the Reference Booklet. Z Display the Music Database Press the [MUSIC DATABASE] button. MUSIC DATABASE HARMONY ➔ The lamp lights, and the MUSIC DATABASE display appears. Highlighted setup Style name • When you display the Music Database, the Clavinova automatically recalls a panel setup that uses the current style. (The name of this setup is highlighted in the Music Database display.) If you want to use the selected setup, you can simply skip to step 4 of this procedure. • The Automatic Accompaniment also turns on when you display the Music Database. If you access the Music Database before starting the style, the Synchronized Start function (page 53) is also turned on. The MUSIC DATABASE display contains a listing of panel setups that can be sorted either by style or alphabetically.
