Customizing Standard Features Customizing Phone Softkeys 3 The table below lists each softkey and the phone state under which the softkey displays. You can have a maximum of 16 softkeys for each call state field. Keyword Key Label acd_login Login acd_logout Logout alpha Alpha answer avail Answer Avail barge bxfer Barge BlindXfer/ bxfer cancel Cancel cfwd Forward chkcfwd chkdnd Clr Fwd/cfwd Clr DND/dnd Definition Available Phone States Logs user in to Automatic Call Idle Distribution (ACD). Logs user out of ACD. Idle Enter alphabetic characters in a Off-Hook, Dialing data entry field. Input Answers an incoming call. Ringing Denotes that a user who is Idle logged in to an ACD server has set his status as available. Allows another user to interrupt Shared-Active, a shared call. Shared-Held Performs a blind call transfer (transfers a call without speaking to the party to whom the call is transferred). Requires that Blind Xfer Serv is enabled. Connected, Connected Cancels a call (for example, when conferencing a call and the second party is not answering). Dialing Input Forwards all calls to a specified number. Idle, Off-Hook, Hold, SharedActive, SharedHeld Deactivates call forwarding. Idle Deactivates Do Not Disturb.
