Customizing Standard Features Configuring XML Services 3 Configuring Broadsoft ACD Support To enable broadsoft ACD support, navigate to Admin Login > advanced > Voice > Ext n. Under Call Feature Settings, in the Broadsoft ACD list, choose yes to enable broadsoft ACD support. You can also configure broadsoft ACD support by adding the following line to your configuration file to configure this feature on line 1: Yes Configuring XML Services The Cisco SPA300 Series and Cisco SPA500 Series IP phones provide support for XML services, such as an XML Directory Service or other XML applications.
