To display the phone upgrade section on the web page for the phone as described in the "Accessing the Configuration Web Page for a Phone" section on page 4-5, and then click the PHONE UPGRADE. To upgrade the phone software, enter the phone software TAR (firmware file name) or use the Browse button to locate the firmware file on the network. To change the password on the web page, you must first enter the old password. Enter the new password and then reenter the new password to confirm the change. To display the Change Password area, access the web page for the phone as described in the "Accessing the Configuration Web Page for a Phone" section on page 4-5, and then click the Change Password hyperlink. Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.0 or Later If you are running Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.0 or later, you must set the password in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration on the Phone Configuration page.
