System setup menu Use the SYSTEM SETUP menu to change product-configuration defaults such as sleep mode, product personality (language), and jam recovery. To display: Press the Menu button , select the CONFIGURE DEVICE menu, and then select the SYSTEM SETUP menu. NOTE: Values that have an asterisk (*) are the factory-default values. Set the amount of time that Quick Copy jobs are kept before being automatically deleted from the queue. This menu item only appears when a hard disk is installed. Specify whether the product's IP address is shown on the display with the Ready message. Reduce noise during printing. When this setting is turned on, the product prints at a slower speed.
