Faxing • Enabled: This option turns on the junk fax prevention option if it is off. Selecting Enabled prevents printing faxes from phone numbers in the individual speed dial directory. Printing a Fax Report The following fax reports can be printed from the control panel: • Activity Report • Protocol Report • Dial Directory Report • Group Directory Report • Options Report • Pending Jobs Report To print a fax report: 1. Log in as a system administrator. Press the Log In/Out button (user name: admin, default password: 1111). 2. Press the Machine Status button on the control panel. 3. Select the Tools tab, select Service Settings, and then select Embedded Fax Settings. 4. Select Print Fax Reports from the list. 5. Select one of the reports from the list. 6. Press Print Now to print the report. Inserting Pauses in Fax Numbers Some fax numbers require one or more pauses during the dialing sequence. To insert pauses in a fax number, enter the fax number using the alphanumeric keypad, and press the Pause button to insert a pause (represented by a comma) in the fax number where appropriate. 120 WorkCentre 6400 Multifunction Printer User Guide
